The API that started everything
A realtime API for a distributor's reseller network: live stock, live pricing, programmatic orders. It began as a handful of endpoints — and grew into the integration hub bridging eight external systems. Along the way: a legacy products endpoint rebuilt from 9,259 queries per request down to 22 (~76s → ~1.6s).

How four systems — a PIM, an integration hub, a B2B storefront, and an ERP orchestrator — turned a traditional distributor into a digital operation. The map that ties every case study together.

websites & storefronts
On websites that need interface design or a corporate identity, Digital Fuel is the design partner. I own the engineering and the decisions about what gets built.
