Who

Veltra Logic (Pty) Ltd is the engineering practice of Tshiamo Phaahla. These terms cover use of this website and requests for work sent to tshiamo@veltralogic.com.

What the site is

The pages describe services and past work. They are not a quote and they are not a contract. A contract is the written scope agreed for a specific engagement.

How work starts

You send an email describing what you want built or connected. If both sides agree a written scope, that scope is the engagement. Work starts when that scope is agreed, not when you browse the site.

Fees

Fees are stated in the written scope. This website does not publish a price list. You pay the fees the scope names, on the dates it names.

What you receive

What is delivered, and who owns it, is stated in the written scope. If the scope is silent, ask before work starts.

The website

You may read the public pages. You may not copy the case studies or the diagrams and present them as your own.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
