Refunds and returns

Services, not goods

Veltra Logic sells engineering work. There is no physical product to ship back, so a postal return does not apply.

Before work starts

If you cancel by email to tshiamo@veltralogic.com before work on the agreed scope has started, any amount you already paid for that scope is refunded.

After work has started

Fees for work already done are not refunded. Fees for work not yet started are refunded. The written scope is what defines the work.

How to ask

Email tshiamo@veltralogic.com with the engagement name and the amount you want returned.
